For anyone who missed last night's Dragon Ball Super. (Episode 51)
It's looking more and more like Black Goku is going to end up be a Kai or god of some kind.
The animation is still lacking a bit, but at least the story is getting interesting.
What do you guys think so far?
That it's interesting, the animation is passable now, and that I want Gohan to be relevant as a fighter and protagonist again. Not MC, because I don't think that's ever going to happen again. But a part of the main group. With this arc following the Cell Arc formula (Trunks is even going to train with Vegeta in an upcoming episode) it's possible Gohan catches back up, but I'm tired of getting dick teased. Either let him go for good or let him come back and be strong.
> the animation is passable now
anime that isn't shit: part 1
So who's subbing this?
>tfw your favorite witch didn't survive the war
Why do people call Chi Chi a bad mother when she made sure Gohan got a good education and job instead of being another country bumpkin?
Because this is a kids show so the audience sees it with kids eyes. Gohan doesn't kick ass, therefore he's a faggot. Who is largely responsable for that? Gohan for not training? Nah, it must be Chichi.
To be fair, Toei helps a lot to Chichi hate
Isn't Asukas body rather medicore?

It's cliche but A World Without Sadness is the greatest individual episode of an anime produced in nearly 20 years. I used to be like you, OP, in denial over the serious episode being the best because I felt it wasn't representative of the rest of the show, but upon rewatch, nothing in the show even touches it.
Points to Chameleonion and Alternate Universe episodes for being hysterical though.
