And i agree, animating in Max is horse shit. But what are you gona do, not apply for the job because you can't use their software? ask them If they'll buy Maya instead?

Sorry, perhaps try adapting from maya tutorials.

I have lots of 3d anim teachers but nobody around me uses max, let alone max for animating so, if you can't find max anim tuts the next best thing is adapting frmo other programs
