i may be really dumb but i cant find the way to convert cubemap into equirectangular

do any of you know any software or anything that would be able to do it?

Theres a Photoshop plugin for fucking around with HDRI types and it has this exact setting, its on my machine at work so no clue what its called

Did you get that cube map from Space Engine? How did you convert them from a .tga into JPEG?
