Im looking for some SFM models, is there any other place i can grab some thats not sfmlab or the workshop? They can be sfw or nsfw it dosnt matter....

a better question is, is there a way to import SFM models with FBX format with bones or just OBJ as a mesh ?

Oh, use Crowbar (program) to decompile the mdl file into a smd file, then import it into blender and export as fbx. Crowbar does the decompiling for u ^_^

After you decompile and import the SMD into blender the textures are gone. Normally I don't mind this when I import the models into UE4 because I manually apply the textures to the model but when you decompile it doesnt give any materials.
Can you advise how you can properly get the materials?

When I decompile a mdl with Crowbar and import it to Blender with qc or smd and vtx, I get an error that says "VTX vertices were not matched to a mesh vertex!" and the some of the shape keys are broken. Is there a way to import the models with the shape keys intact?
